Just some of the positive responses to the refurbishment of the store. Regular customers will also have spotted the brighter, modern and more energy-efficient lighting.
A big thank you goes out to store members who have worked hard to give the store such a great new look. We hope all members and customers will agree that the new layout is a huge improvement, allowing much better access to the store and its great offerings.
The new flooring is also laid and extra lighting has been installed near the till.
As well as thanking members who volunteered their time we are grateful to Stuart, Chris and Rachel Harkess who masterminded the venture.
It is thanks to monies from the Leeds Co-operative Legacy Fund and the Greener Together project that we have been able to undertake some much needed investment in the layout and look of the store.
